The Truth About the Stars

(GAME MADE FOR GAME JAM PLUS 2022)

THEME AND CATEGORY: Retell a tale + Tales of Us.

THE NARRATIVE: The Moon and the Sun are two very strong entities that live together and marry. After a while, they become parents and decide to abandon their children, the Moon turning the female daughters into stars, and the Sun turning the male children into fish. Meanwhile, in a northern Brazilian tribe, Naiá grows up as a warrior who develops a devotion to the moonlight, since all the daughters of the Caciques of her tribe are destined to become stars. Because of that, since her childhood Naiá is trained to accomplish the goal of meeting the Moon and asking her to become a star and live by her side.
